Well, he's now hit the big time: on Tuesday evening, the Chicken Connoisseur (a.k.a. Elijah Quashie) appeared live on ITV London.

Unsurprisingly, his appearance proved as popular as his chicken shop reviews.

His interview has been shared almost 4000 times on Facebook, and watched nearly 700,000 times. At the time of writing, his YouTube channel is up to almost a quarter of a million subscribers.

Ultimately, this is what people seem happiest about: that a local YouTube channel with six videos can skyrocket to international fame -- and a TV appearance -- in a matter of days.
