Ugly sneakers (or Air Grandads as I like to call them) are kind of having a moment right now.

First Steph Curry released his dad shoes last year. Then, Balenciaga is selling the Triple S trainer monstrosity’s for about $850. And earlier this summer Kanye West released a pair of chunky running shoes called, the Yeezy Wave Runner 700 priced at $300.

That's a lot of money for a sneaker that makes you look like a futuristic version of Larry David.

But now, thanks to Kim Kardashian, we have a look at the newest, grandadiest shoes that Kanye wants to release into the wild: the Yeezy Mud Rat 500.

A new silhouette from Kanye West’s Yeezy line was recently revealed by Kim Kardashian on Twitter, giving everyone a full view of this bulbous, bubbly shoe. The unreleased model features a mesh and suede construction along with a hideous midsole.

The cream color way is the only thing redeeming about these sneakers but if you have an affinity for slightly unappealing chunky sole sneakers than pick up a pair of old Skechers (but seriously don’t ever pick up a pair of Skechers).

There is still no official release date or price point for the Mud Rat 500’s but that didn’t stop people from roasting Kanye West’s latest sneaker design.

Of course Kanye West has a legion of fans ready to support his latest music, fashion and sneakers. So it's no doubt that the Mud Rat 500's will probably pop up on some cool kids Instagram very soon.

But still, these shoes look like they need to go to the hospital because they've been stung by a hive of bees.
