Justin Bieber was reportedly attempting to pay the fine sandwich artists at a Subway in Los Angeles for his food when his credit card was declined, according to The Daily Mail.

Fortunately, an angelic Belieber stepped in to pay for the meal, so Bieber and Sofia Richie, who waiting for him in the car, did not have to starve.

Bieber was apparently trying to purchase a foot-long sandwich, cookies and four bottles of milk. Would the charge have gone through if Bieber hadn't flown too close to the sun and settled for a mere three bottles of milk?

Somehow, we must go on with our lives knowing we may never have answers to the universe's greatest questions.
